Wear it with a cute short sleeve or quarter sleeve top maybe, like in the picture. I live in Florida home of the humidity so this will help. I feel like if your hair is bad, add whatever accessories you need to. Make sure everything is on point! Take the attention off your hair and it will also look like your whole look including hair is on purpose ;). I love how with Lauren and Audrina on the Hills can have their hair however way and it still looks hot. It can be in a messy pony or bun and it looks wonderful.
